Maxi is a 7 year old, female Pittie/Bully Mix at Humane Society of the Desert in Palm Springs, CA. She has a wonderful temperament that makes here great with people, kids, and most pups!
Her story: This sweet mama seems like she has been put through a horrible situation by her previous owner. She seems to have been used for puppies and dumped after they were done using her. Despite her past, she continues to prove why dogs are so incredible and resilient by being sweet, loving and playful.
Things to note: Maxi has diabetes. She is currently on insulin, which would entail getting her bloodwork once a month and giving her insulin injections daily.
